Als Verhuur & Hospitality Host bij Magis Asset Management in Tilburg vallen de volgende werkzaamheden binnen jouw takenpakket:
- Je begeleidt het volledige verhuurproces: van huuropzegging tot nieuwe huurovereenkomst.
- Je promoot beschikbare woningen actief via websites, social media en ons CRM-systeem.
- Je onderhoudt contact met geïnteresseerden en zorgt voor een vlotte intake.
- Je stelt huurovereenkomsten op en verwerkt alles foutloos in onze systemen.
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor huurders: vriendelijk, oplossingsgericht en altijd professioneel.
- Je ondersteunt bij events, beheert planningen, handelt klachten af en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
- Je houdt toezicht op indexeringen, analyseert rapportages en monitort huurdersreviews.
Uiteraard doe je dit niet alleen maar samen met een enthousiast en bevlogen team. Hierbij ben je niet bang voor een uitdaging op zijn tijd.

- You guide the entire rental process: from termination of the lease to a new rental agreement.
- You actively promote available homes via websites, social media and our CRM system.
- You maintain contact with interested parties and ensure a smooth intake.
- You draw up rental agreements and process everything flawlessly in our systems.
- You are the point of contact for tenants: friendly, solution-oriented and always professional.
- You support events, manage schedules, handle complaints and monitor the quality of our services.
- You supervise indexations, analyse reports and monitor tenant reviews.

- Je bent gastvrij, representatief en weet mensen direct op hun gemak te stellen;
- Je geniet van communiceren met een dynamische doelgroep en hebt een natuurlijk gevoel voor gastvrijheid;
- Je werkt zelfstandig, bent nauwkeurig en denkt graag een stap vooruit;
- De Engelse taal is geen enkel probleem voor je, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken en blijft rustig als het druk wordt;
- Je bent handig met social media en hebt affiniteit met hospitality
- Je bent beschikbaar voor een dienstverband van 40 uur per week;
- In het weekend werken is geen probleem;
- Werktijden in overleg tussen 7:00 & 19:00 uur;
- Benodigde vaardigheden: beheersing van de programma’s Word, Excel en Outlook;
- Kan efficiënt werken in zowel teamverband als alleen;
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs

- You work independently, are accurate and like to think one step ahead;
- The English language is no problem for you, both verbally and in writing;
- You switch effortlessly between different tasks and remain calm when things get busy;
- You are good with social media and have an affinity with hospitality
- You are available for a 40-hour employment contract per week;
- Working on weekends is no problem;
- Working hours in consultation between 7:00 & 19:00;
- Required skills: mastery of the programs Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Can work efficiently in a team as well as alone;
- You have a driver’s license
