What you will do
We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Outbound Superuser to join our team at Heibloemweg 10.
This is a developmental position, ideal for someone with strong character, solid operational knowledge, and the ambition to grow—whether you're just starting out or already have some experience.
Working Hours
Rotating shifts
• 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00
• 14:00–23:00 / 15:00–00:00
• Includes 2 Sundays per month
Outbound Process Responsibilities
As an Outbound Superuser, you’ll be actively involved in the daily outbound B2B operations while also acting as a backup to the team lead. You’ll work alongside the team, performing operational tasks such as scanning, packing, and preparing shipments, while helping coordinate and improve outbound processes.
Your responsibilities include:

Processing outbound orders
Ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of B2B orders. -
System handling
Registering shipments and updating order statuses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). -
Quality control
Verifying that all outbound goods meet customer and company standards before dispatch. -
Working alongside the team
Performing daily tasks such as scanning, packing, and labeling—just like the rest of the team. -
Supporting the team lead
Assisting with coordination, communication, and planning. Acting as a point of contact when the team lead is unavailable. -
Improving outbound processes
Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
