What you will do
We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Expedition Superuser to join our team at Heibloemweg 10.
This is a developmental position, ideal for someone with strong character, solid logistics knowledge, and the ambition to grow—whether you're just starting out or already have some experience.
Working Hours
Rotating shifts
• 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00
• 14:00–23:00 / 15:00–00:00
• Includes 2 Sundays per month
Your Role in the Expedition Process
As Expedition Superuser, you’ll be deeply involved in both the physical and system-based logistics flow. You’ll support the team lead in daily operations, planning, and process improvements, while actively working alongside the warehouse team.
Your responsibilities include:

Loading & Unloading Shipments
Move pallets, unload containers, and load trucks efficiently and safely. -
Coordinating Daily Shipments
Ensure outbound goods are packed, labeled, and ready for carrier pickup. -
Receiving Inbound Deliveries
Assist with unloading, staging, and system registration of incoming goods. -
Carrier & Transport Coordination
Communicate with internal customer support to confirm schedules, resolve issues, and ensure smooth handovers. -
System & Documentation Handling
Accurately register shipments in the Internal tracking system, or when needed Warehouse Management System (WMS). -
Team Collaboration
Work side-by-side with warehouse staff on scanning, sorting, and preparing goods. -
Leadership Support
Act as a backup for the team lead, helping with planning and coordination. -
Process Improvement
Identify and implement improvements to make workflows faster, safer, and more efficient.
