Account Coordinator (Fulltime)

As an Account Coordinator, you coordinate between our customers and the warehouse to make sure orders are handled smoothly and efficiently. You monitor processes, provide support where needed, and help maintain quality, contributing directly to the success of both our customers and Modexpress.

Due to our growth, we are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Customer Support team at Heibloemweg 10 in Helmond. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Manager, the Customer Support team, the warehouse, and other internal departments to ensure smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods.

Your Main Responsibilities
As an Account Coordinator, you are the link between our customers, the warehouse, and internal departments. You monitor processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities include:
Customer Relationship Management
You maintain strong relationships with our customers and act as their main point of contact for questions and information.
- Respond daily to emails and phone calls from customers.
- Connect customers and the warehouse, ensuring the right information is always available.
- Participate in meetings weekly or daily when needed.
- Proactively inform customers of any deviations or issues.
Smooth Handling of Goods
You oversee incoming and outgoing goods and anticipate deviations to keep processes efficient.
- Prepare and monitor forecasts on yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily levels.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams on deviations and scale operations up or down when necessary.
- Participate in daily meetings with supervisors on forecasts and progress.
- Process registrations and monitor cut-off times.
Reporting and Invoicing
You ensure that both internal and customer reports are accurate and that costs are billed correctly.
- Prepare and update daily reports and monitor processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Check and complete reports for both customers and internal teams.
- Verify and process invoicing according to customer agreements and internal guidelines.
- Ensure the correct costs are assigned to the right customer and deviations are reported promptly.
Internal Coordination
You actively communicate with various internal departments to solve problems and handle escalations efficiently.
- Consult with the warehouse, supervisors, and managers in case of irregularities or complaints.
- Involve the Account Manager promptly in complex situations or when a solution is not clear.
- Provide clear instructions and information to relevant internal teams.
- Contribute proactively to smooth collaboration between teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Account Coordinator who is customer-focused, takes responsibility, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You are proactive, can set priorities, and ensure smooth collaboration between customers and internal teams.
What we would like to see in you:
- MBO level education
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with customer contact in logistics or supply chain.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and experience coordinating goods flows and forecasting.
- Comfortable with MS Office.
- Comfortable with Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

You can expect:
- A salary according to scale I: €2.976 – €4.555 gross per month based on 40 hours (depending on knowledge and experience).

24 vacation days per year based on a full-time position (40 hours) + the option to buy 7 extra days.

Working Hours
You will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00. When it is busy, you may need to stay a bit longer to finish tasks. However, when it is quieter, you can leave earlier in consultation with your team.
