Drive sustainability across an international organization
As a Sustainability Projects Coordinator, you support the Sustainability Officer in driving sustainability initiatives across the entire Rotom Group. You play an important role in creating structure, consistency and progress in our ESG efforts. You will be involved in a wide range of sustainability topics and work closely with stakeholders across different countries and departments.

Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting the implementation of decarbonization initiatives (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
• Assisting in the development of emission reduction pathways and SBTi preparation
• Collecting, consolidating and analyzing ESG data across business units
• Supporting ESG reporting and KPI monitoring (VSME aligned)
• Monitoring sustainability regulations (e.g. CSRD, CBAM, EUDR, PPWR)
• Translating regulatory requirements into practical internal processes
• Supporting sustainability certifications such as EcoVadis
• Assisting with UN Global Compact reporting (COP)
• Engaging with suppliers to improve sustainability data quality
• Supporting Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and LCA analyses
• Contributing to sustainability communication (internal & external)
You will work closely with teams such as Marketing, HR, Procurement and Finance, as well as Managing Directors and Site Managers across the Group.
This is you
You are someone who is naturally curious, structured and driven to make a difference in sustainability. You enjoy working with data, but also know how to translate it into meaningful insights and actions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level (preferably in Sustainability or related field)
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience (starters welcome)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Able to work across teams in an international environment
Experience with ESG frameworks, reporting or sustainability regulations is a plus, but not required.
