Your Mission
- Analyze service contracts and SLAs to develop long-term capacity scenarios and resource forecasts.
- Manage the full lifecycle of service, maintenance, and installation projects, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and budget constraints.
- Proactively identify risks and uncertainties in service delivery and implement measures to safeguard SLA performance.
- Prepare installation projects in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, and the Service Manager.
- Serve as the key liaison for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Coordinator to standardize and optimize departmental workflows.
- Monitor KPIs regarding field service and helpdesk efficiency, providing regular insights and feedback to the Service Manager.
- Evaluate growth expectations and lead times to determine their impact on long-term planning and required organizational resources.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of technical products and logistics processes.
- The ability to translate complex SLAs and contracts into actionable long-term plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external client relationships.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of internal procedures, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple technical projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience with or an interest in CIP/LEAN methodologies to drive departmental efficiency.
