This is what you’re going to do
Do you like working with your hands and contributing to a more sustainable future? For Wefabricate in Duizel, we are looking for multiple assembly workers who want to help build innovative heat pumps that will soon be used throughout the Netherlands. You will work in a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship are key.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that each heat pump is correctly assembled, tested, and inspected before it leaves the facility. You work according to clear work instructions and use both hand tools and modern equipment. You will also have the opportunity to build up more knowledge of the production process and the technology behind the product. **Experience is not the most important thing to us—motivation is!**At Wefabricate, you are given a lot of responsibility and you will see the direct results of your work in the final product. Your tasks include, among others:
- Assembling heat pumps and related products
- Preparing and staging parts and materials
- Identifying, recording, and reporting deviations
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized

What you can expect:
- Salary between €2,700 and €3,500 gross per month
- Workweek of 24 to 40 hours
- Day shift with working hours: start between 7:00 and 8:00, finish between 15:30 and 16:30
- 25 vacation days excluding public holidays
- Bonus in the form of a profit-sharing payout
- Lunch provided by the employer every day
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- Pension scheme according to the Small Metalworking (Klein Metaal) collective labor agreement (CLA)
