What you will do
- Expand our sales presence and dealer network throughout Poland;
- Build strong relationships by visiting customers and key accounts;
- Lead sales efforts from first contact to signed contracts;
- Represent Vencomatic Group at national and international trade shows and events.

What you bring to the table
- You're commercially driven with strong communication skills in Polish and English;
- Background in agro-industry or sales - poultry sector knowledge is a plus;
- Skilled negotiator with a passion for animal welfare and sustainability;
- Confident team player who thrives in a practical, no-nonsense environment.
